3. Free Estimates
Leaf Bath Ali offers free in-home estimates for potential customers. Estimates are provided based on site inspection and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Estimate quotes may be subject to change if project scope, materials, or labor conditions differ from the initial assessment. Obtaining a free estimate does not obligate you to purchase our services.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments and consultations are scheduled at your convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a consultation fee. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling, but appointment availability is subject to our team's current workload and location.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, checks, and financing options. A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. Final payment is due upon project completion and customer satisfaction. Financing options are available through our approved lenders. Failure to make agreed-upon payments may result in work suspension until payment is received.
6. Warranty
Leaf Bath Ali warrants that all work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Materials and labor are warranted against defects for a period of one (1) year from completion. Manufacturer warranties on products installed will be provided as applicable. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions provided by Leaf Bath Ali.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaf Bath Ali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if Leaf Bath Ali has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida for resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services.
